Alan Patrick Spence was born November 28, 1957 in Vancouver, Washington. He was raised and educated in Portland, Oregon where he attended, Kennedy Grade School, Whitaker Middle and Adams High School. He worked for over 13 years at the James River Corporation as a laborer. He also has held many temporary positions.
He is survived by his mother, Thelma Spence, sisters, Patricia Canich and Charlene Spence, his companion, Marcy Shepherd and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and one uncle.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday April 28, 2007 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Rose City Cemetery & Funeral Home. Disposition was by cremation.
