A memorial service will be held at 11:00am Saturday June 14, 2008 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Portland, Oregon for Alexander "Bud" Bain, who died June 9, 2008 at the age of 91.
Alexander "Bud" was born December 14, 1916 in Portland Oregon where he lived his entire life. He graduated from Benson Polytechnic School in 1937. He worked for Tri-Met and retired in 1979 after 37 years of service.
Alexander "Bud" Bain is survived by his wife of 57 years Florence Bain, their four children Paul of Gresham, Or, Bruce of Milwaukie, Or., Tim of Vancouver, Wa., and Peggy Devol of Chico, Ca.as well as two sons John and David from a previous marriage. He is also survived by 21 grand children and 7 great grand children.
In lieu of flowers please send rememberances to Holy Cross Lutheran Church or the Shriner's Hospital.
There will be a private family entombment at Rose City Cemetery.
