Ann Siebens was born on August 31, 1914 in Alberta Canada to Walter and Sophia Tashner. As a child her family moved to Portland, Oregon where she was raised and educated. She married George Fred Siebens in 1933. Ann was a homemaker and she and George also co-owned and operated the Siebens Manor Apartment Complex in North Portland on Lombard. Ann was a member of the Apartment Managers Association, Portsmouth Trinity Lutheran Church, and later at St. John Lutheran Church. Ann loved to play cards and visit with friends, which she had a lot of. Ann was a very generous person who had a wonderful smile. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Rudnick in 1991 and her husband, George in 1994. She was also preceded in death by her 2 brothers Bill and Jack Tashner. Ann died on April 28 at the age of 92 years and is survived by two grand-daughters Susan Clenaghen and Christie Culp, her companion Larry Erhart, four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
