Barbara L. Carver

Mrs. Barbara L. Carver was born in Portland on January 25, 1941 to Eldon and Nora (Hagen) Phelps. She was a lifelong Portland resident and was a graduate of Grant High School. She had attended Portland Community College. She was a telecommunications specialist for Portland Public Schools, retiring in 1997. In 1961, she married Ronald Carver.She passed away on February 16, 2008 at the age of 67 years, and is survived by her husband, Ronald Carver; her children: Ronda Carver-Salholm and Timothy Carver; her sisters: Nancy Rogers and Rose Ann Starr; and by 4 grandchildren.
