Barry Gene Lukas

Barry Lukas passed away August 26, 2022 at the Ray Hickey Hospice House in Vancouver, Washington after a battle with cancer.  He was born in Petersburg, Alaska on July 13, 1946 and is survived by his brother Gary Lukas, sister Sharon Schiedler, nieces, nephews and other close relatives.  He was preceded in death by his parents Marty and Edith Lukas, and brother Terry Lukas.  Barry graduated from Kennedy Grade School and Grant High School in Portland, Oregon.  He loved to bowl, golf, play tennis and shoot pool, but his passion in life was to play the guitar and write music.  Private services with family will take place at a later date.
