By her parents Matthew Gregg his wife Rena Gregg, her sisters Josephine Young, Eloise Swann and Margaret Raglin.
Ms. Montague professed a faith in Christ at a very early age (13) and joined David Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Austin, TX. Ms. Montague taught and sang in the Jr. Choir at David Chapel.
In keeping with the church covenant, she joined the church of her choice in each state including overseas.
Ms. Montague moved to Portland in 1969 and in 1980 she returned to Austin Texas. In 1995 she then moved back to Portland as her final resting place.
