Ben Butler

Ben Butler, Jr. was born on August 19, 1951 in Bakersfield, California to Ben Butler, Sr. and Gennie Mae (Evans) Butler. He had worked as a line cook and a chef for many years. He was married to Wilma (Joseph) Butler. Ben passed away on October 18, 2010 at his home in Portland at the age of 59. He is survived by wis wife, Wilma; his children: Ben Butler, III, LaQuessh Butler, Javdance Butler, Irma Simmons, Jody Logan, and Ruth Cofield; his sister: Linteen Harris; his niece and nephew, Yolanda and James Boyd; and his great-nephew James Boyd, Jr.
