Carrie Lynn Noah-Glass was born to john and O'leah Mae Clowers Noah In Portland, Oregon on January 27th 1964 with red hair, hazel eyes and freckles that everyone admired. from ages 5-17 was a very bright young woman at the top of her class. she became a mother at 21 giving birth to her first daughter Aireal C Harris a December baby and being a mama was something she enjoyed so she decided 21 months later to have another baby Toyya Ann Noah a little time after that she became a full time student at pcc graduating two years later with a associates in law to better herself for her daughters.
her passion was cooking and music but above all she loved her family.
