Cheryl Lynn Meyer of Happy Valley, Oregon, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 22, 2015. She was born the eldest of three daughters to Don and Marilyn Leitz. Cheryl is survived by her college sweetheart and husband of 28 years, Gerald Meyer and their beloved son, David, her parents Marilyn Leitz (Richard Rush), Don Leitz (Pam), her sisters Marci Leitz and Karen Rathgeber (Tom), and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws who will miss her immensely.
A celebration of Cheryl's Life will be held at Mt. Scott Church of God,
10603 SE Henderson St. Portland, OR 97266 on Monday, December 14th at 1:00 PM, followed by a reception at the church. A private Military Honor Ceremony will be held at Willamette National Cemetery, December 15th.
