Eddy Perkins passed away in Portland, Oregon at his home following a long illness on May 20, 2007. He was 50 years of age.
He is survived by his wife, Tanya Jones, his children, Ava and Aaron Casey, step children, Xavier and Xavia jones, his mother, Alice D. Perkins. He is the brother to Bobby Hines, Glen Perkins, Matti Thompson, Linda Mayo, Queenetta LeFlore and Steela Brown.
He will be missed by his many friends and family who will truly mourn his loss.
