Obituary of Eva Paul
Eva Louise Paul passed away on April 7th in Portland, she was 81 years old. Eva was born on May 12, 1931 in Newberg, Oregon to Loren and Gwendolyn (Davies) McCormick. She graduated from Newberg High School, class of 1949 and then moved to Portland in 1950. She worked at several historical local restaurants that included the Mandarin Chinese Restaurant in the Hollywood district and Yaws Drive In. She could be feisty and stubborn but always loyal and generous to those dear to her. She loved the Oregon coast, old friends, gardening and her independence. Eva is survived by her daughters; Cindy Norris, Terri Roush & husband Bobby and nieces Caroline and Barbara Adams. She is predeceased by her son Ronald Norris and sisters Ethel Adams and Irene Chatman. Eva will be lovingly remembered by all those closest to her.
