Ford Raymond Winter

Ford Winter was born September 18, 1912 to Raymond C. and LaMyra (Ford) Winter. He was a graduate of Grant High School where he played Football and in 1930 as a junior he was voted All-Star Center for Portland Public Schools.
Ford met and married his wife Lola in December of 1937. He loved her daughter Dowana as his own and they enjoyed many years of fishing and football.
Ford worked for many years in the hardware business and was a staple at Beaumont Hardware. He had been a member of the Multnomah Anglers and Hunters Club for over 50 years.
Ford passed away October 15, 2008. He will be greatly missed by his family and many other's whose lives were touched by such a caring, giving man.
