Graveside Services will be held, 2pm, Thursday, March 7th at Rose City Cemetery, Portland, Oregon. Georgia passed away n March 3, in Tigard; she was 83 years of age.
Georgia V. Peterson was born on August 8, 1929 in Eugene, Oregon to James A. and Ruby (Russell) McMillen, their only child. The family moved to Portland where Georgia graduated from Cleveland High School. She played the saxophone in the high school band, loved the beach and spending time with her family. She will be missed greatly.
Georgia is survived by her children; Kathy Snyder of Tigard, Ken Peterson of Boise, ID and Patty Craig of Hillsboro; grandchildren; Tiffany Craig-Henry, Michael Snyder, Morgan Craig-Mundy and Nicole Altstadt, Great Grandchildren; Joshua Snyder and Alisha Mundy.
