Gerasimos Angeloelias Mourelatos

Funeral services will be held 11:00am, Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 3131 NE Glisan Street, Portland,OR,97232. Mr. Maurelatos passed away in Portland on January 21, 2015; he was 78 years of age.
Gerasimos was born June 19, 1936 in Kefalonia, Greece, the second of five children of Angeloelias and Augusta (Dragontaidis) Maurelatos. Gerasimos married the love of his life, Vasiliki Leontis, on August 15, 1965 in Athens, Greece and from this union have two sons. A dedicated husband and father, in 1980 he came over to the United States. He worked at Zenner's Sausage Company for over 8 years before working as an office assistant at Portland Community College Cascade in the ESL department.
Gerasimos is survived by his sons Angelo, and Michael, Grandsons; Nikolas, Michael Alexander, brothers Spyros, Nicholas and Kallikratis. Pre-deceased by his wife, and sister Anastacia Fraggiskos.
