Gregory C. Brown

Greg Brown was born on February 2, 1955 in Portland, Oregon to Emanuel and Addie Lee Brown. Greg was a lifelong Portland area resident who had graduated from Grant High School. He had attended Julliard School, and was currently working on his Associates Degree at Heald College in Portland. Greg was a musician and played the saxaphone, and he enjoyed fishing. He was a heavy equipment operator for Operating Engineers Local 701. He married Aurdrey Ridgeway on December 3, 1994. Greg was a member of the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. Greg passed away on July 11, 2008 at the age of 53. He is survived by his wife, Audrey; his son, Greg, Jr.; his sisters: Brenda Hartzog and Cindy Brown; his half-brothers: Ivan Kersting and Mercedes Williams; and his grandchildren: Angel Nevaeh Brown and Amaree Rayanna Brown.
