It’s hard to say goodbye to someone that we love,
Especially when they’ve been with us so long;
We try hard to forget the beating of time’s drum
Since losing loved ones always feels so wrong.
Now here we are together to celebrate a life,
In the sadness, we can muster up some joy
Because we know our loved one is alive forevermore;
Thank you, Lord, for this man, George McInroy
George was born September 7th 1939 to George and Mary McInroy in Omaha Nebraska. He grew up in the St. John’s area.
George’s early hobbies and interests during his high school years were Football, wrestling, Track (high hurdles) and auto mechanics.
