Gregory Hugh Mullen

Gregory passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at the age of 77.

He was born in Wichita Kansas to Hughie and Gladys Mullen.  Shortly after birth the family moved to Portland Oregon.  He attended Grant High School then Oregon State University where he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta.  He furthered his education attending Willamette University Law School where he earn his JD Degree.  After completing his education he went to work for a Title Insurance company where he was a Vice President of the Albany Branch.  He practiced law for a few years then worked for Financial Intuitions in their Trust Departments in Salem and Portland.  He then semi-retired and worked in the Corporate Travel Industry for large business.

Gregory was an avid golfer and belonged to Springhill Country Club in Albany and then The Reserve Vineyard and Golf Club in Aloha.  He was always proud of the 2 whole in ones he had in his lifetime.  He enjoyed traveling with his wife especially on cruises visiting many places.  Favorites included Alaska, Mexico, Canada, and many places in Europe and the Panama Canal.  He was also a fan of anything Disney especially Walt Disney World in Florida.

Gregory married Lynn (Mulquin), his college sweetheart in 1968.  He is survived by his wife of 53 years, his brother in-law and sister in-law Tom and June Scott and 2 nieces and 1 nephew.

A graveside service will be held at 11am on Monday 8/22/2022 at Rose City Cemetery.
