Jack Bernard Palmer

He was born in San Jose, CA, and was raised and educated in Santa Monica, CA. He served in the US Air Force. He was a Captain in the Fire Department in Culver City, California. He was a Life member of the Oregon Fire Marshall Association. He married Monika Hansen in 1996. He is survived by his wife, Monika; sons: Scott Palmer and Kirk Palmer; his step-daughters: Linda Becker and Sandra Jones; and by five grandchildren.
