Jeanette Robinson

Jeanette Robinson, age 54, was called home to be with her Heavenly Father on September 3, 2010. Jeanette was born in Picayune, Mississippi to William and Mae Leaner Robinson on January 27, 1956. She was the sixth of nine children. Jeanette had six children of her own in which she lived for, cherished, and loved. Jeanette was a member of St. Luke Memorial COGIC, where she diligently served the Lord singing His praises with the voice of an angel. Jeanette devoted 14 years to Emanuel Hospital faithfully doing what she loved, and serving her community. Jeanette is preceded in death by her eldest son, Dale Lamont White, her parents, one sister, and one nephew. She leaves to mourn and cherish her memories: her lifetime companion of 36 years James George Lawrence, III; five children: Tamir Hassan Lawrence, Janice Jeanette Lawrence-Sloan, Adofo Jumaane Lawrence, Corey Jabaar Lawrence, and Alexis Bobbette Lawrence; and by nine grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
