Jeff passed away suddenly in the afternoon of May 5th. He was born in Dos Palos, CA. to Emory and Naomi O'Banion. He graduated with his Master's degree from Willamette University. He worked as the Director of Credit for NW Natural. Jeff is survived by his children, Meghan and Brendan O'Banion; his Fiance', Esther Nichols; his sister, Beverly Morehead; and his brothers, Jerry and Jim O'Banion.
