Joel "Joe" Bryan Bristol

Joe Bryan Bristol was born in Harrison, Arkansas.

His parents, Gerald and Clara Bristol, moved him and his family to Portland, Oregon when he was seven years old. He is the fourth child of eight kids. Growing up, he attended Columbia Christian Schools.

He grew up and met his wife-to-be, Gloria Rothery. They ran away together and got married when he was nineteen years old. After doubt that such a quick marriage would last, he and his wife raised four children who gave them ten grandchildren.

He was a loving husband, dad and papa to his family. His gift of music and engineering poured into the teaching and helping of his friends and family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
