Kay Joanne (Swanson) Moultrie passed away from pancreatic cancer at Bonaventure Senior Living of Gresham surrounded by her three daughters. She was born and raised in Portland graduating from Washington HS. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Education from Portland State College. Kay was married to Judge Thomas L. Moultrie from 1961 to 1983. They moved to the Blue Lake Community in 1970 where she lived until shortly before her death. She taught in Reynolds School District as an Art Teacher for 35+ years. Kay enjoyed playing Bunco with her friends of 50+ years, gathering for Friday morning Bible Study, traveling, appreciating and creating art and dancing. She shared her later years with husband Bill Glen Tucker until his death in 2016. Kay is survived by her three daughters, Malin (husband Daniel) Petrusich, Michele Moultrie, and Meredith (husband Larry) Etzel. She also left six beloved grandchildren Joseph and Paul Petrusich, Matthew and Michael Moultrie, and Andrew and Sarah Etzel. Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 11am at Blue Lake Park Lake House 21160 NE Blue Lake Rd Fairview, Oregon.
