Marie Cartales
November 29, 1927 — October 5, 2015
Marie Cartales passed away in her sleep on October 5, 2015.
She was born in Portland and grew up in St. Johns, graduating from Girls Poly.
Her life was fulfilled with her marriage of 49 years to her childhood sweetheart George, who passed away in 1995. She was predeceased by her daughter Linda.
She is survived by her children, Larry, Debra, and George.
Marie had many meaningful times spent with each of her eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
After raising her family, Marie enjoyed her years working at Textronix. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church and appreciated their support they gave her.
Marie would have wanted to thank her neighbors for their kindness.
She will be greatly missed.
