Mary Louise Bachofner

Mary Louise (Mary Lou, sometimes she was called Cookie by the neighbor kids) Christenson Bachofner was born on October 17, 1944 in Portland Oregon. She was 76 yrs old. She passed with age related complaints. Mary Lou was raised in the Parkrose area, attended St. Marys & Parkrose high schools. Mary Lou married John Bachofner, they had two daughters, Lynda Louise & Jennifer Louise (known as Jenny B). Mary Lou had several local occupations where she made many long & dear friends. Mary Lou lived her whole life in the Portland area. She shared the last years with her partner Ernie, and Sam their beloved dog. Mary Lou is survived by her two daughters, two grandchildren, and one great grandson . Arrangements are being handled by Rose City Cemetery & Funeral Home. A service will be determined in the future. Mary Lou requested to be cremated, but there is a wall plaque location is Niche: 8 Tier: M Section: E Unit 2M inside the grounds of the Rose City Cemetery. In her honor, please look out for your neighbors, and spread joy and peace.
