Michael was an avid outdoorsman. He was born and raised in Oregon. He spent much of his time camping and hunting and enjoying the wilderness. He had a deep devotion to his dogs.
Michael was killed at home Saturday, August 16th. He is survived by his mother, Linda Petersen, grandmother, Nelda Richey, step-father, Steven Petersen, father, Richard and his Aunt Janis and Uncle Cliff and their spouses.
