Myrlin Spencer

Beloved mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and friend, Myrlin Spencer was born on November 28, 1946 in Beaumont, Texas to Albert and Beatrice Lewis. A beautiful girl, full of life, with a big heart, Myrlin attended Shattuck Grade School and Jefferson High School. She is beloved mother of Anthony Riley, Troy Richardson and deceased daughter Arnell Riley. The joys of her life were her children, and grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Marie Moore, and her brothers Bobby Joe and Norman Jay. Her two remaining siblings Annette; and Billy with his wife Sarah, will miss her dearly, as will her sons. Troy and his wife Janice, their daughters: Holly, Dana, and Elizabeth; and their son; Devaldo; and her eldest son, Anthony, who was devoted to his mom. She will be missed by a host of relatives and friends.
She loved the Lord and was baptized at Vancouver Avenue First Baptist Church. She worked and retired from Freightliner. She devoted her life to her new church, Liberation Christian Church, her new Pastor, Rev. Dwight Minnieweather, and to community endeavors. She will be missed by all her friends and relatives who loved her.
