Nolen Frederick Adam Biehler

June 7, 1915 — January 11, 2009

Nolen was born and raised in Strasburg, Illinois, the son of John and Matilda Doeding Biehler. He was a graduate of Strasburg High School and attended college as a music major. He worked as the manager of a chicken hatchery there. Nolen married Jeanette Kircher on June 30, 1940 in Strasburg, Illinios. They moved to Central Point, Oregon in 1950 where he worked for a lumber company. In 1955 they moved to Portland where he owned and operated his cab #73 for Radio Cab until his retirement in 1983. Nolen was a past Elder and current member of Faithful Savior Lutheran Church, Portland. He enjoyed music, baseball and cars.

Surviors: Jeanette Biehler, Wife; Daughters: Janice Anderson and Connie Bockelman, 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his son James and 2 brothers.
