Funeral Services will be held, 1 pm, Friday, January 6, 2017 at Rose City Funeral Home with committal to follow at Rose City Cemetery. Mrs. Reynolds passed away at her home surrounded by her family’s care and love. She was 86 years old.
Mildred Pauline was born August 20, 1930 in Portland the 3rd of four children born to Ward St. Arnold and Mildred (Gray) Welter. Her brothers were Henry, Melvin and Vern Welter. She attended both Rigler Grade School and Grant High School. She was asked to stay home and care for her ill father, so she completed her studies by earning her GED. She later studied at secretarial college.
Pauline was very much interested in genealogy, and her depth work helped reveal many generations of family history. Her work was posted to several websites created by her son Mike. She was an avid cribbage player and also enjoyed playing Rummicubes.
Pauline is survived by her children; Michael & Rick Reynolds and Candy Ray, Grandchildren: Joshua Ray, Jessica Cochran, Cooper and Jack Reynolds.
The family wishes to extend gratitude to Signature Hospice as well as to Dorina’s Adult Care Home where she received skillful and loving care.
