Phyllis Marie Enyart, beloved wife, mother and grandmother.
Born August 7, 1936 in Everett, Washington to Mary “Marie” Flath, and raised by her grandmother Mary Katherine Flath, a Russian immigrant.
Phyllis died June 3, 2016 at her home in Milwaukie, Oregon, at the age of 79.
She graduated from Benjamin Franklin High School in SE Portland in 1954.
She was head teller at the Multnomaah Bank in SW Portland for 11 years. Later she worked at the Safeway non-foods distribution warehouse in Clackamas for 11 years, then retired in 1984. She was a homemaker between and after her professional occupations.
She is survived by her loving husband, Donald L. Enyart and her children; Karen Boyd and Steve Sandstrom of Portland, Teri Briley of Woodburn; Debra Malet of Aloha; Don Enyart of Vancouver, WA; her grandchildren; Rochelle, Janelle, Donovan, Jennifer, Johnathan, Jesse, Candice, Evan, Sheri, Stephanie, Lynndi, Nathanael, Chaz, Chelsie; and her great grandchildren; Chanelle, Chase, Talan, Cash, Peyton and Johnathan.
A funeral service and burial will be held at Rose City Cemetery & Funeral Home on Friday, June 10th at 1:00 PM.
