Phyllis passed way November 22, 2013 in Portland at the age of 76. A graveside service is to be held at a later date.
Phyllis was born August 20, 1937 in Missouri the second of three daughters of Jesse James & Madeline Willard (Blevins) Canida. She married Robert L. Lenz, Sr who predeceased her.
Phyllis had a smile could brighten any room that she entered, she lived in the Portland area all of her life and will be greatly missed by many.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father, sister Nita and son Robert Jr.
She is survived by her son Mark and his wife Lisa, Sister Patty, her nieces and nephews and one granddaughter Sadie Walling that lives in KY.
