Steven “Mark” Campbell Jr

July 23, 1981-July 21, 2015

Mark was born in Portland, Or.  He lived in the Portland area his whole life.  Mark passed peacefully in his home in Gresham.  Mark was baptized into the family of God in the summer of 1994.  He then placed membership at Central Christian Church in January 1995.  Marks faith was very important to him and Christmas was his favorite holiday.  Mark was married in June of 2000 and during that marriage the following summer  he was blessed to welcome his daughter Natalie.  “Nattie” and Mark shared a love of music, animals and a great sense of humor.  He had a wonderful sense of whimsy and Disneyland was a favorite vacation destination.   Mark grew up camping at the Metolious River and loved the outdoors. He was in many bands during his life and was not only a gifted singer but instrumentalist as well.  Mark is survived by his father Steven Mark Campbell Sr, mother & step-father Fredrick & Theresa Rodriguez, daughter Natalie Campbell, sister Ashley Black, brother Andrew Campbell and step sisters Angela Hammack and Katie Hodges as well as a large extended family.   While we have no answers as to why he is gone so soon what we do know is that he lived his life to the fullest while he was here.

Services will be held at Central Christian Church 1844 SE Cesar Chavez Blvd Portland on August 7 ^th 1:00pm.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Central Christian Church.
