Sylvia Wilhelmina Hotvedt was born at 3:26pm May 30, 1959 to Henry Hotvedt and Wilhelmina Loois in Glendale California. She spent the majority of her life living in Portland Metro area and was a graduate of Clackamas High School. She was married to her husband Kenneth Gomes for 26 loving years. She worked in the banking industry and most recently worked as an office manager for Columbia Orthopedic.
Sylvia passed away on September 30, 2008 after a hard fought battle with cancer. She leaves to mourn her passing her husband Ken Gomes, daughters Dominique and Danielle Gomes , grand daughter Kyhilea Gomes, sister Helena Snyder, nieces Cari Arnsparger, Dawndae Hamilton, Nicole Bithell and nephew Paul Komp. Her family and friends love her and will miss her dearly.
