Tracey Ann Milliken was born in Streator, Illinois on December 27, 1967, the daughter of Jerry and Beverly Tyler. She had worked as a supervisor for Oregon Armored. Tracey passed away on April 14, 2010 at the age of 42. She is survived by her parents Jerry and Beverly Tyler; her sons Diondre and Daryl Peek; grandson D. Allen Peek; and her siblings Toinette Foster, Jerry Tyler, Jr., Dirk Tyler, and Tiffany Frazier.
