Vanessa Ann Baker

Vanessa Ann Baker aged 53 of Portland Oregon passed away on June 17, 2008. A funeral service will be held for Vanessa on Tuesday June 24, 2008 at 11:00a.m. at Emmanuel Temple located at 1033N. Sumner, Portland OR. There will be a public viewing at Rose City Funeral Home on Monday June 23, 2008 from 10:00am until 4:00 pm. Vanessa was a life long resident of Portland Oregon. She worked for Self Enhancement Inc. (SEI) as a Family Advocate. She was married to her husband Vernon Baker for eight years. Survivors include daughters Angela Benson, Jessica Ellis, April Tayler and Shanice Tayler, step children Nehemeih and Nicole Baker, Grand children Samia, J'nai, CCrey II, Traveonte, Shandrea, Siblings Rhonda Baye, Stephanie, Claudis Jr., and Cathy Banks.
