Born in Belgrade Yugoslavia, Zaga worked as a bank secretary before being wed to George Nickoloff in Belgrade (1950). Shortly after, she came to the U.S., raised three daughters: Helen, Olga and Nada (predeceased 1985), and worked in the family business, "Georges Corner Tavern," until their retirement. As a master homemaker, we will never forget her delicious home cooking and pastries. A gracious hostess, Zaga always greeted everyone with a smile and welcomed them as family. She and George loved their grandchildren, Spyros, Jr. and Anna. She instilled in her family the beliefs and values she brought from the old country. She will be missed dearly by her husband George of 59 years, daughters Helen Kollias and Olga Belesiotis, grandson Spyros M Kollias Jr., granddaughter Anna Maria Belesiotis, and son-in-laws Spyros M Kollias Sr. and Athanasios (Tom) Belesiotis (predeceased 2008). A Trisagion service will be held Monday August 10th at 6:30 pm, followed by the funeral Tuesday August 11th at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 3131 NE Glisan St. Remembrances to Father Elias Stephanopoulos Memorial Fund (Holy Trinity) or Podkrepa Bulgaro-Macedonian Assoc. 2116 N.
